04 · How it works
We spend 30 minutes on the phone. We go through your experience, your right to work, the jobs you want, where you'll work and what you want to earn. That becomes one profile we use for every application.

06 · Jobs we fill
We keep the two countries separate. People in the US go into US jobs, people in Canada go into Canadian jobs. Contract, contract-to-hire and permanent. If your job title isn't below, still ask. This is where we work most, not the whole list.

We only take people we think we can actually place. If that isn't you, we'll say so on the first call. We won't sign you up and then go quiet.
08 · After you send the form

A recruiter reads your resume and replies either way. That includes telling you if we're not the right fit.
That week
We go through your experience, your right to work, the jobs you want and your pay. We give you an honest view of how long it may take.
Days 2–4
We build your profile and the different resume versions each job will need.
From day 5
We start applying, and your account opens so you can watch every one.
That target shapes everything we do, and it's how we judge ourselves. It is not a promise. Your experience, where you live, your right to work and the state of the job market all change that number. On our first call we'll tell you honestly how long we think it will take for you. We'd rather do that than repeat a figure we can't stand behind.
